Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Deposits
   •    A deposit is required to secure your booking.
   •    Deposits can be paid online (e.g., PayPal, Venmo, or credit card).
   •    The remaining balance is due before or at the time of the hunt.

Refund & Cancellation
   •    Weather: If rain or severe weather prevents hunting, we may reschedule or refund your deposit.
   •    No Harvest: If shots are fired but no hogs are harvested, no refund is issued.
   •    Late Arrival: Arriving more than 30 minutes late forfeits your deposit.
   •    Client Cancellation: Must be made at least 48 hours prior to be eligible for rescheduling.

Safety & Behavior
   •    Firearms must be handled safely at all times.
   •    No alcohol or illegal substances before or during hunts.
   •    Guides may end hunts for unsafe behavior without refund.

Assumption of Risk

By booking, you acknowledge hunting involves inherent risks and agree not to hold Old South Wildlife Adventures, its owners, or guides liable for any injuries or damages.

Photography & Media

Participation implies consent to be photographed or recorded for promotional use unless you opt out before your hunt.
