At Old South Wildlife Adventures, we pride ourselves on transparency and fairness.

Deposit Policy

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit unless otherwise stated below.

Refund Eligibility
   •    Bad Weather: If a hunt is postponed due to rain or severe weather, your deposit may be refunded or applied to a rescheduled date.
   •    No Harvest: If shots are fired and no hogs are harvested, no refund will be provided.
   •    Late Arrival: Arrivals more than 30 minutes late to the scheduled booking time forfeit the deposit.
   •    Customer Cancellations: If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled hunt, we may offer to reschedule your trip.

No Shows

Failure to appear for your scheduled hunt without notice results in full forfeiture of your deposit.

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
